WHAT WE DO
"Disrupting tokenism"
We are dedicated to nurturing and elevating the voices of people from underrepresented groups.
We support businesses and organisations to diversify their speaker panels at events, ultimately contributing to the wider mission for equality, inclusion and representation.
We do this through brokering paid speaking opportunities and delivering speaker training for upcoming talent.
"In 2020, 35-40% of events had no black speaker on their panels"

"In 2020, 2/3 of global speakers were men"

WHAT WE STAND FOR
Diversity, Integrity and Trust
Our ethos is built on three unshakable values. Diversity, Integrity and Trust.
We do not promote diversity for the sake of diversity. Rather we champion and support the path to inclusivity through diverse thinking and diverse people.
We work closely with clients to avoid stale and superficial approaches to diversity that often result in “checkbox” practices.
We operate with integrity which means we are honest and we let our actions speak for who we are and what we believe in. Our team will collaborate with you to discover more about your organisation and the event you are running to ensure all your needs are met to fuel genuine, impactful collaborations. It also means our speakers are paid for their time.
FOR OUR SPEAKERS
ABOUT US
Founded by diversity for diversity
As women from diverse backgrounds with extensive contacts and experience in the events industry, we often found that we were asked to speak on panels on a variety of subjects, some of which we weren't experts in.
But we know that there is a world of diverse voices out there; people who are specialists in their fields or have amazing life stories to share.
We want to use our contacts and experience to enable people from diverse backgrounds to access paid opportunities on speaker panels.
We also want to train and support potential speakers to be confident when sharing their knowledge or telling their stories.
Ultimately we want speaker panels to become more representative of a wider world view.
